I did not receive my verification email
Check your spam folder. If you registered as a researcher, you can register again with a different email. Reviewers invited by the secretariat should use the activation link from their assignment email.
I am a reviewer — how do I get started?
Use the activation link from your reviewer assignment email (/activate-reviewer). Do not use the researcher registration page.
I forgot my password
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page to receive reset instructions.
I already have an account
Sign in at /login. After sign-in, use the Support page in the app to submit a ticket.
Signed-in users can submit a support ticket from the Support page in the dashboard menu.
